The B&B offers a double bedroom with French bed (140 cm) and private bath off the corridor in front of the bedroom.

The area of Rome where the B&B is located is the Monti district, situated among the magnificent ruins of the Roman Forum, the Coliseum and many other ancient monuments.
It is one of the very oldest area in the city; an area that in ancient times was known as Suburra or underground city. Within the last few years, many daring, young entrepreneurs have opened shops and bars in the area and Monti has become home to some of Rome's best shopping and hanging out.

Here in the U.S. most B&B's allow the guests to use their living room, or perhaps other rooms, too, for instance, the kitchen. Perhaps your B&B's work a little differently, but we were restricted to using only our bedroom, and not allowed access to any other part of her home. The location of this B&B is excellent! J'ai également passé une nuit chez Sophie de Vacances Romaines. Toutes les deux sont adorables. Pour te donner quelques infos sur la chambre que propose Evelina, elle est située dans un appartement de la via Serpenti, entre le Quirinal et le Colisée. Ce dernier n'est qu'à environ 5 min à pied. La rue et le quartier sont sympa et très animés (nombreux bars et restaurants) et à deux pas du patrimoine antique (Capitole, Colisée, Palatin, forums). La fontaine de Trévi est à environ 10 min à pied. Très bien desservi par les bus et une bouche de metro (Cavour) à 1 minutes à pied (à une station de laa gare Termini). L'appartement est au 1er étage. Les hôtes ont à disposition une jolie chambre meublée simplement avec un lit confortable. Elle donne sur la rue. La salle de bains est sur le pallier (douche, WC, lavabo). Le tout très propre. On prend son petit déjeuner dans la salle à manger d'Evelina (peut-être sur sa terrasse en été ?) : un très bon café à l'italienne, pain grillé, confitures, fruits frais, pâtisseries maison, de quoi tenir un bon moment ! Evelina travaille dans le domaine de la culture, elle est elle-même artiste et a plein de bon conseils pour visiter Rome. Elle parle un peu français et très bien anglais. Elle est à la fois discrète et chaleureuse, mon séjour chez elle a été un réel plaisir et je conseille vivement cette adresse tout comme Vacances Romaines.
